吹膜機主要結構
主要(yao)由擠(ji)出機(ji)、機(ji)頭(tou)、模頭(tou)、冷卻裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)、穩泡架、人(ren)字板、牽引輥(gun)、卷取裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)等組成。
吹膜機擠出機
擠(ji)出機(ji)主(zhu)要由螺桿、機(ji)筒(tong)加料斗,減速及(ji)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)組成(cheng),驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)采用(yong)電(dian)(dian)磁調速電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(也可用(yong)變(bian)頻普通(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)),通(tong)(tong)過皮帶傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)帶動(dong)(dong)減速器使(shi)螺桿在(zai)機(ji)筒(tong)中作旋(xuan)轉運動(dong)(dong);使(shi)其料斗塑料顆粒在(zai)外部(bu)加熱的(de)情況(kuang)下(xia)熔(rong)融的(de)塑料經三通(tong)(tong)過濾從(cong)模(mo)頭模(mo)口擠(ji)來(lai)。
吹膜機模頭
本機組選用先進的螺旋模頭結構,根據高壓、低壓、混合料、再生料聚乙烯材料的特殊性,綜合考慮,設計了螺旋角、退坡角、定型角長度、模口開度等主要技術參數,經多次對比試驗進行選優定型。
