一(yi)(yi)個糾(jiu)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)裝(zhuang)置系統基本上是一(yi)(yi)個位(wei)(wei)移傳(chuan)感器(qi)檢測帶材(cai)位(wei)(wei)置,并(bing)與給(gei)(gei)定(ding)量比較(jiao),如 有偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移,則令(ling)執行(xing)機構(gou)去糾(jiu)正偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移直(zhi)至在(zai)給(gei)(gei)定(ding)量要求之內。由于中(zhong)(zhong)心位(wei)(wei)置的偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移難以(yi)測量,因(yin)此通(tong)常取 材(cai)料(liao)的邊(bian)(bian)緣位(wei)(wei)置作(zuo)為控制信號的基準(zhun)。 所用試驗帶材(cai)為打(da)印用卷(juan)(juan)(juan)筒紙(zhi),寬(kuan)220mm,承受張力較(jiao)小,不(bu)允許(xu)出現折皺和(he)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)(bian)現象。帶材(cai)由放卷(juan)(juan)(juan)輥1經過中(zhong)(zhong)間導向(xiang)輥3到收卷(juan)(juan)(juan)輥6,收卷(juan)(juan)(juan)輥由直(zhi)流電機7帶動,可無級調(diao)速。磁粉離合(he)器(qi)2用作(zuo)加(jia)(jia)載,使(shi)帶材(cai)具有一(yi)(yi)定(ding)的張力,張力大小由施加(jia)(jia)給(gei)(gei)磁粉離合(he)器(qi)的勵磁電流無級調(diao)節(jie)。帶材(cai)在(zai)傳(chuan)輸中(zhong)(zhong)的橫向(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移由光電傳(chuan)感器(qi)4檢 測,產生一(yi)(yi)個與偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移量成比例的電信。
