氣(qi)動(dong)(dong)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)依照原理與不同槍(qiang)(qiang)枝(zhi)的(de)(de)機械設計方(fang)式有(you)分為四種五類(lei):第(di)一(yi)種是依賴活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)原理進行(xing)(xing)(xing)槍(qiang)(qiang)機運作(zuo)的(de)(de)方(fang)式,亦即透過導(dao)(dao)流使氣(qi)體推動(dong)(dong)活(huo)(huo)塞(sai),活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)連動(dong)(dong)槍(qiang)(qiang)機,透過這一(yi)串的(de)(de)程(cheng)序完成(cheng)槍(qiang)(qiang)枝(zhi)的(de)(de)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)/半(ban)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)運作(zuo)。然而活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)的(de)(de)運作(zuo)以(yi)(yi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)程(cheng)為主,以(yi)(yi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)程(cheng)移動(dong)(dong)距離的(de)(de)長短劃(hua)分,而非以(yi)(yi)活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)的(de)(de)重(zhong)量(liang)或者大小劃(hua)分。第(di)二(er)種是利(li)用(yong)“收集(ji)”子彈(dan)的(de)(de)高壓氣(qi)之后再導(dao)(dao)流進入汽(qi)缸推動(dong)(dong)活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)或整個槍(qiang)(qiang)管(guan)(guan)連動(dong)(dong)到槍(qiang)(qiang)機進行(xing)(xing)(xing)完成(cheng)槍(qiang)(qiang)枝(zhi)的(de)(de)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)/半(ban)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)運作(zuo)。第(di)三種是利(li)用(yong)第(di)二(er)種“收集(ji)”氣(qi)體的(de)(de)原理進行(xing)(xing)(xing)推動(dong)(dong)槍(qiang)(qiang)管(guan)(guan)連動(dong)(dong)槍(qiang)(qiang)機完成(cheng)槍(qiang)(qiang)枝(zhi)的(de)(de)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)/半(ban)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)運作(zuo)。后一(yi)種是經由氣(qi)導(dao)(dao)管(guan)(guan)導(dao)(dao)流氣(qi)體向后“吹送(song)”槍(qiang)(qiang)機完成(cheng)槍(qiang)(qiang)枝(zhi)的(de)(de)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)/半(ban)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)運作(zuo)。因此我們大約(yue)可以(yi)(yi)分為:短行(xing)(xing)(xing)程(cheng)活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)傳動(dong)(dong)式(Short stroke)。長行(xing)(xing)(xing)程(cheng)活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)傳動(dong)(dong)式(Long stroke)。氣(qi)井集(ji)氣(qi)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(Gas trap)。槍(qiang)(qiang)口(kou)增壓器(Muzzle booster)。直(zhi)噴(pen)式氣(qi)動(dong)(dong)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(Direct impingement;也稱為Direct Gas Action)。
