自動(dong)封(feng)口包(bao)裝設備是通過光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)感傳感器來實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)標定(ding)位,然(ran)后(hou)通過光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)對包(bao)裝系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)進行同步控(kong)制,以(yi)此完成自動(dong)封(feng)口包(bao)裝。用(yong)來實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)定(ding)位控(kong)制的(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電技術(shu)可提供一(yi)種(zhong)用(yong)固定(ding)標志點結合線性(xing)或旋轉運動(dong)部(bu)件來實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)簡單可重(zhong)復運動(dong)的(de)(de)方法。它利用(yong)了與一(yi)對光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電管并聯工(gong)作的(de)(de)一(yi)個功率運放的(de)(de)快(kuai)速響應(ying)時(shi)間。由此實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)一(yi)種(zhong)元(yuan)件數量很少的(de)(de)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong),能(neng)在(zai)明(ming)確規定(ding)的(de)(de)工(gong)作環境下,具有很高(gao)的(de)(de)可靠性(xing)、準(zhun)確性(xing)以(yi)及可重(zhong)復性(xing)。
在線連卷制袋機在自(zi)動包裝過程中,由于商(shang)標印刷誤差(cha),薄膜變形不一,牽(qian)引輥打(da)滑,送紙,拉(la)紙,中封,橫(heng)封各(ge)部分速度的(de)差(cha)異,橫(heng)封切(qie)(qie)(qie)斷位置(zhi)可(ke)能(neng)偏(pian)離規定部位,甚至因誤差(cha)積累(lei)而切(qie)(qie)(qie)到(dao)商(shang)標圖案上。為此,先進的(de)包裝機都(dou)配有光電跟蹤自(zi)動控(kong)制系(xi)統,以控(kong)制封切(qie)(qie)(qie)位置(zhi)使之保持(chi)正(zheng)確(que)(que),保證每(mei)次都(dou)在定位標記確(que)(que)定的(de)位置(zhi)處(chu)封接切(qie)(qie)(qie)斷,不致于封切(qie)(qie)(qie)到(dao)圖案上。這就是光感傳感器(qi)在自(zi)動封口(kou)控(kong)制系(xi)統的(de)主要應用。
