吹膜機主要結構
主要(yao)由擠出機、機頭(tou)(tou)、模頭(tou)(tou)、冷卻裝(zhuang)置、穩泡架、人字板、牽(qian)引輥、卷取裝(zhuang)置等組成。
吹膜機擠出機
擠(ji)出機(ji)(ji)(ji)主要由螺(luo)桿、機(ji)(ji)(ji)筒(tong)加料斗,減速(su)及(ji)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組成(cheng),驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)采用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)調速(su)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(也可用(yong)(yong)變頻普通電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)),通過皮帶(dai)傳動(dong)(dong)帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)減速(su)器(qi)使螺(luo)桿在機(ji)(ji)(ji)筒(tong)中(zhong)作旋轉運(yun)動(dong)(dong);使其料斗塑料顆粒在外部加熱的情況(kuang)下熔融的塑料經三(san)通過濾從模頭(tou)模口擠(ji)來。
吹膜機模頭
本機組選用先進的螺旋模頭結構,根據高壓、低壓、混合料、再生料聚乙烯材料的特殊性,綜合考慮,設計了螺旋角、退坡角、定型角長度、模口開度等主要技術參數,經多次對比試驗進行選優定型。
