主要由擠出機、機頭、模頭、冷卻裝置(zhi)、穩(wen)泡架、人字板、牽引輥、卷取(qu)裝置(zhi)等組(zu)成。
吹膜機擠出機
擠出機(ji)(ji)主要由(you)螺桿、機(ji)(ji)筒(tong)加(jia)料(liao)斗,減速及驅動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)組成(cheng),驅動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)采用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)調速電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(也可用(yong)變頻普通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)),通(tong)過皮帶傳動帶動減速器(qi)使(shi)螺桿在(zai)機(ji)(ji)筒(tong)中作旋轉(zhuan)運動;使(shi)其(qi)料(liao)斗塑(su)料(liao)顆粒(li)在(zai)外(wai)部加(jia)熱的情(qing)況下熔融(rong)的塑(su)料(liao)經(jing)三通(tong)過濾從(cong)模頭(tou)模口擠來。
吹膜機模頭
本機組選用先進的螺旋模頭結構,根據高壓、低壓、混合料、再生料聚乙烯材料的特殊性,綜合考慮,設計了螺旋角、退坡角、定型角長度、模口開度等主要技術參數,經多次對比試驗進行選優定型。
