吹膜機主要結構
主要(yao)由擠出機、機頭(tou)、模頭(tou)、冷卻裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、穩泡架、人字板(ban)、牽(qian)引輥、卷取裝(zhuang)置(zhi)等組成。
吹膜機擠出機
擠(ji)出機主要由螺桿(gan)、機筒(tong)加(jia)料(liao)斗,減(jian)速及驅動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機組成(cheng),驅動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機采用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁調速電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(也可用變頻普通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機),通過皮帶傳動(dong)帶動(dong)減(jian)速器使螺桿(gan)在機筒(tong)中作旋轉運動(dong);使其料(liao)斗塑料(liao)顆粒在外部(bu)加(jia)熱(re)的情(qing)況下(xia)熔融(rong)的塑料(liao)經(jing)三(san)通過濾從(cong)模頭(tou)模口擠(ji)來。
吹膜機模頭
本機組選用先進的螺旋模頭結構,根據高壓、低壓、混合料、再生料聚乙烯材料的特殊性,綜合考慮,設計了螺旋角、退坡角、定型角長度、模口開度等主要技術參數,經多次對比試驗進行選優定型。
