吹膜機主要結構
主要(yao)由擠出機、機頭、模(mo)頭、冷卻裝置(zhi)、穩泡架、人(ren)字(zi)板、牽引輥(gun)、卷取(qu)裝置(zhi)等組(zu)成。
吹膜機擠出機
擠(ji)出機(ji)主(zhu)要由螺桿、機(ji)筒(tong)加(jia)料斗(dou),減速及驅動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)成,驅動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)采用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)調速電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(也(ye)可(ke)用變頻(pin)普通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)),通(tong)過皮帶傳(chuan)動(dong)帶動(dong)減速器使(shi)螺桿在(zai)機(ji)筒(tong)中作旋轉運動(dong);使(shi)其料斗(dou)塑(su)料顆粒(li)在(zai)外部加(jia)熱的情況下熔(rong)融的塑(su)料經三通(tong)過濾從模(mo)頭模(mo)口擠(ji)來。
吹膜機模頭
本機組選用先進的螺旋模頭結構,根據高壓、低壓、混合料、再生料聚乙烯材料的特殊性,綜合考慮,設計了螺旋角、退坡角、定型角長度、模口開度等主要技術參數,經多次對比試驗進行選優定型。
