吹膜機主要結構
主要(yao)由擠出機、機頭(tou)、模頭(tou)、冷(leng)卻裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置、穩泡架、人字板、牽引(yin)輥、卷(juan)取(qu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置等(deng)組成(cheng)。
吹膜機擠出機
擠(ji)出機主要由螺桿(gan)、機筒(tong)加(jia)料(liao)斗,減(jian)速(su)及(ji)驅動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)機組成(cheng),驅動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)機采用(yong)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)調(diao)速(su)電(dian)(dian)機(也(ye)可用(yong)變頻(pin)普(pu)通(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)機),通(tong)(tong)過皮帶(dai)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)減(jian)速(su)器使螺桿(gan)在機筒(tong)中作旋轉運(yun)動(dong)(dong);使其料(liao)斗塑(su)料(liao)顆粒在外部加(jia)熱的情況(kuang)下熔(rong)融(rong)的塑(su)料(liao)經三通(tong)(tong)過濾從模頭(tou)模口擠(ji)來(lai)。
吹膜機模頭
本機組選用先進的螺旋模頭結構,根據高壓、低壓、混合料、再生料聚乙烯材料的特殊性,綜合考慮,設計了螺旋角、退坡角、定型角長度、模口開度等主要技術參數,經多次對比試驗進行選優定型。
